@Minerve426 I know the big question is "to squeeze or not to squeeze?" The fear is that squeezing creates a more narrow look, which is what many black women fear. Recently, I've been not squeezing; but, I don't feel the burn. So, I'm returning to squeezing. I don't think it makes the butt smaller, but definitely tighter and rounder. So, perhaps giving the appearance of a smaller rump. All the fitness gurus I follow do squats and they have great round rumps.
@Minerve426 Squats make your butt tighter/firmer. /not too dure about smaller. I did 60 dynamic squats the other day. My but looked bigger lol. I know when I shrunk in size before I gained my weight back it was due to running. Not my workout exercises. Those made me more muscular and increased my endurance. @simplyMEsimplyB1 When i work out in the morning, I do so on an empty stomach. Afterwards, I have some form of protein within 1 hr. If I don't have protein post- workout, I get dizzy.
@HISWil143 When I've had an intense workout, yes. I take protein shake after my workout. I might eat a few protein bars throughout the week too. But, I try to eat more veggies and fiber filled foods to keep me balanced.
Thank you for the words of encouragement I myself is working on losing the weight and be healthy. I decided before I turn 30 next year God willing to lose weight, I've been drinking veg and fruits smoothies and eating salads and fish and plus I've been exercising it is not easy but once you set your mind and really want the change in your life and self you won't stop.
@gingerfab Good for you, it's definitely possible. But you gottta see, you envision yourself. God will give you the desire and keep you if you want to be kept.
im almost there. im going to do insanity have you tried a program like that. I do home workout programs and have gotten better results than a gym. i will check out your blog
I am challenging to loose some weight too by eating well and doing some sport. My doctor doesn't recommended a diet. Thanks for this video, I will definitly try it.
