I graduated from HS in 2006 with several Fla. fans and one in particular thought we'd never beat Fla. in the swamp and I wish I could hear what he has to say now...and plus we beat Fla. back to back and here's the kicker: in order to seal the deal for the 2011 Nat'l championship oin baseball, we had to beat Fla. twice...the team was recognized between the first and second quarters and to watch all this come full circle was exciting to say the least...

Shaw took a very hard hit in the back near the end of this game. This was a very tough win. It's great to be a Gamecock.
