@fifthavenuegirl asshole state workers are to blame for that. They won't even pass the state budget, so people like myself (state job applicants) are on a surplus list year round. In the meantime, only job I can get is at the wardrobe department of a local independent film studio (which is hurting anyway because all movie studios are filming in canada now!).

You also misunderstod point, Arnold is playing games when he knows he is a sure winner!!
