people are fucking idiots bringing race into such a beautiful sport!! different countries have different styles of boxing. cuban are artists, in the boxing ring. if you watch kindelan he's a master at counter punching. mexicans are mostly pressure fighters, and that's why they never win any gold medals. too basic!! OLYMPIC BOXING is much harder that pro boxing no question!!!!

you need to see more boxing before you can make any judgements over mexican boxers, all i see from cuban boxers is nothing but shooting crazy punches that sometimes hit. your bringing the olympics into this, ok well how come their hasn't been any well known boxers from cuba? gamboa is going to be a great boxer one day, but not if he keeps on throwing all them crazy punches.

I'm a boxer my self, moron. yeah cuban boxers don't achieve anything according to you because they don't turn pro. have you ever heard of Felix Savon, Stevenson, kindelan, Rigondeaux, 3or 2 time olympic champions. de la hoya, and casamayor were once asked what was the highlight of there career they both said winning olympic gold. Pro boxing isn't the only way to achive glory in the sport! mexicans are great pro boxers, but if you cubans would turn pro they would rule over it.
