  • man thanks for this workout. Ive been trying hard to get my shoulders to come in better and with this routine they came in great after only 3 weeks I started noticing results. I recently moved up to 25lbs during the sets of 6 and mannnnn it buuuuurrrrnnnsss but how good it feels and shows. Thanks keep it up!

  • dude, with the BAM BAM exercise... your meant to be working out your rear delts with that exercise...instead your cocking out your front delt and doing very little do your rear delt, which is what your trying to workout...notice how you have no definition on your rear delts? you need to use proper form, usually your rear delts should pop out when doing this exercise, instead your front delt is popping out because your form is poor.

  • Can anyone post a video on how to do the second excercise (cable) correctly? Looks like a legit shoulder excercise if done with proper form.

  • the cable workout is for your rotator cuff (also part of the shoulder) keep the elbow tucked in to the body and swing the forarm away kinda like hes doing. make sure you dont do this on military or shoulder press days, you can really hurt yourself.. start with low weight (10LBS) its a very sensitive muscle and you dont want to tear it right off the bat. high reps low weight. if you hold your arm completely straight out infront of you and pull away it works your rear deltoids. works great for me

  • yup, start with like 10 pounds doing it slow andt properly! dont make it one of your primary workouts just add it to your shoulder reutine (unless your doing a military press) and every month or two, increase it by ten pounds at the most. if the elbows tucked you work rotator cuff(which you dont want to be big, just "in shape") toughening up this muscle can really help increase your bench. if your hold your arm straight out its rear delts (feel free to go heavy on)

  • i woudl do my rotator on a bicep day. doing military press puts lots of stress on the rotator cuff, you can warm it up but shouldnt give it a full workout. id stay away from military presses if your doing rotator the same day. AND NO! YOU WSHUT THE FUCK UP. ive learnt from professionals. i know what im talking about you fuckin goof

  • my man! On the cable extensions, you should hold your elbow in a single position and use your shoulder to pull your arm back. You're extending from the tri's and its defeating the purpose. The weight should be lined up to your shoulders, not your lower chest. thats why its not letting you do it properly. Also, you should leave cables for the end. Start with Isolation, then compound then cables. Overall, you look great tho'. keep hitting the weights. Thanks for the vid.

    compound movements should be the root of your workouts, it should go like this

    pre fatigue: eg. lateral raise

    compound: Arnold press

    isolation contraction: cable extensions

    doing compound movements at the end like the Arnold press has been proven to be not as beneficial
