This video was so incredibly moving, the family and friends of Joe have my deepest condolences. I believe I had the privilage to meet Kate at Haileybury Military Tattoo last year as a member of the RBL Brentwood Band. I find it fascinating as well as having seen via Facebook at how she visited the place of Joe's passing on just a few days ago.

Once again, you have my heartfelt sympathies. RIP Joe Whittaker, you seem like a true hero.

Mrs Whittaker..I am sorry for your loss and I know its little comfort..But you di a fine job raising that young man..And you have every right to be proud of him..You did it right ma'am,, I'm an American Paratrooper and I wish to honor my fallen comrade..Thank you...I cant give your boy a medal or honor him in any other way..But to thank him..He represents whats good in this world..He was a true young man and a fine soldier... Be proud of him always!
