My advice is to set solid goals for your next day as well as for long term. Map out everything you are going to do eating wise and exercise for the next day. This way you will be more accountable and you won't have any excuses not to do your work out because you will have a time set out. Do you really want this? I know you do but you have to ask yourself that every day and follow. 36 pounds is nothing to sneeze at either.
