Hunting today is not about "eating meat" I am sure all of you have steak, chicken, eggs and other slaughterhouse meat and dairy in that fridge of yours. Overall we do not need to kill and eat meat , we are learning today that meat is not "food" for our body but plants , plants does not mean a bowl of salad so google "vegan" or "vegetarian" food and see the kind of stuff we eat and not a single life is taken.

Plus the hunters kills the mother leaving the young vulnerable to cold and predation and don't forget how many they leave wounded and crippled. Then you have hunters and their food plots (google it you be surprised what you find) that is another reason for so many deer in heavily hunted states, they all want their large rack deer on their land and with large rack deer the does obviously is there eating the protein rich food plots which is what creates more babies.

And do you think they figh off the predators that come looking for a meal? By winter, the does have left the young, (although they may get together later) and spend the rut with the bucks. @Downedworker Spare me your absurdity , does are very protective of their babies, I have seen the mommy with their young even chasing after other deer to keep their babies safe. Against carnivores of the wild they will do the best they can but that is part of the animal kingdom predator vs. prey yet man are not those predators , they are bunch of psychopath rambo wannas be's who kills over 6 million deer for recreation including millions of mothers protecting their young .

In many states they bowhunt till Feb so that means the does are 3-4 months pregnant and when the hunters kills them they abort the fetuses (see video information of bowhunters killing does, pregnant does, yearling and fawns. ). yearling bucks stays with their mother up to one year though in our place one in particular stayed till the season he was killed by bowhunter, he was only 2 years old and was always with mommy.

Yearling does can stay with mommy up to 2 years that is what I read on the sight about whitetails.

About the killing on Christmas even and day they allow it in NY and all hunting states allows it, there is no "no hunting on Christmas even and day" written in their DNR's website . Why don't you check it out yourself . Those are the days that the killers are off and they want to go out into the homes of the innocent animals to kill for Jesus.

Hunters always tell us how they "care" about starving deer yet it's the hunting public that are producing deer for hunting apportunities and in conjunction killing deer's natural predators to ensure boost in deer population year after year. If the Bible is so corrupted by man, why do you quote from it so often? Also, I have never heard of a deer suffering for days before dying. I shot a doe on the 23rd and she died in less than a minute. Don't give me your 7eleven thing again. I eat venison at least once each day. It is the majority of my diet. Maybe some hunters waste most of their deer once it's killed, but not me.

One thing in your description is correct. Rage broad heads really are like hitting a deer with an axe. I shot a deer last weekend with a Rage and it was dead in less than 60 seconds. So, I would think you would at least be appreciative of hunters that use Rage because it dispatches the deer so quickly.

Also, how do you know what peoples motives are? I eat all of the game I kill and the deer I got last weekend is all packaged and in the freezer today.

btw the "meat in freezer" does not fly with any of us anymore, we know your motive to kill is because you enjoy killing and some may eat the small portion of the meat because it's there but dump the unsavory part to the pantries and poisoning the people even further with the risk of CWD (Prions) and other wildlife diseases. Recreational hunters still go to their 7-11 for their eggs sandwich and coffee, or Wendys for the super size meal and stuff the freezer with market food .
