  • @96westy There are so many good and bad ones that I wont even start to tell you what to use. What you need to know is WHAT to look for in a good protein shake and if you pop over to my site a wrote an article on it. Just go there and search for protein or whey protein and it should come up. Currently I am using a protein from a local company that you would have never heard of before but thier stuff is good!

  • @pokemonhat dude remember that you need fat, even for gaining muscle or for losing extra weight... but you need healthy fats and not so many of them of course. Each person need a certain amount of fat depending on their goal and body composition. You can google a bit more about healthy fats as well. Kind regards.

  • @pokemonhat again... you need to meet you meal values, depending on you wieght, height, age, etc. A protein shake has x gr of proteing, x gr of fats, x gr of carbs. And depends if you need more or less carbs, prot, carbs, you will need to add or rest some of the ingredients (like an extra apple, or not adding milk to it). I put you an example, I have to eat, pero every meal, at least 75gr carbs, 24 prot, and 11 fats, but that is for me height, age and weight, you will have to do you calc...

  • @MrExploRat Well first of all you can use a normal wrap but I normally find rice paper at chinese or thai type stores.

  • @orxan675 I did about 2mins before I started shooting, so yes, add a 2mins if you like but it will still take you less then 5min if you folow the rules that I teach people in The6PackDiet and that is to cook food in bulk. So I would have had chicken already cooked and well everything else is fresh so you just cut it up.

  • Hey don't get too thin!!!! Just keep your muscles and brains!!! Most bodybuilders suffer from stretch marks and fat people get them as well after getting thin again. I wonder if you have any stretch marks, because after seeing that picture of yours when you were just lazy and chubby, it seems like you must have a lot of stretch marks. :-P If so what did you do?

  • @Android369 Sure I did have. Well you use Vit E oil all the time, get a tan etc and aftera while you won't see it anymore!

  • @moricestreet909 Isn't almond oil going to be too sticky? It's going to be a mess, but i guess the result is what counts.

    Maybe i could use it in my shower and this way i could use it for multiple purposes.

    According to my research, homemade exfoliations with coffee are helpful as well and it's even more affective to apply some oil wit Vit E afterwards, because it penetrates the skin even better. Thanks for the tip and i love all of these meals.
