I understand your frustration my friend, and have often found myself asking,
"Why Now?". I've just found it incumbent on myself to gently relate to younger
folks how much change has in fact occured, from the time in which I was a young,
"out" teen! Not complacency mind you, but I wish merely to innumerate the vast
resources and support services that are available, and reaffirm just how wonderous
and beautiful life can be!

I do so appreciate your uploading of this message of encouragrment! This whole issue
was so "under the radar" when I was a boy! I've been having a time posting responses to
some of the young folks who've been commenting on the"Prayers For Bobby" Lifetime
movie clips. I knew and loved Bobby Griffith, when I was a boy and am amazed at the
reaction that young people have been expressing!
Though his suicide did occure more
than 27yrs ago, as you may see from my posts below, this horrific phenomenon, is
still very much with us today!
