Thank you for the comments. I should have updated what has happened since I posted this video.The company that sold and installed the stove sent a tech out to repair the stove. He managed to repair the problem, which turned out to be a fan which was out of alignment .I am not sure exactly what was wrong with how it was aligned, and It took awhile to get it just right, but the stove has been working well.. and QUIETLY ever since.. thank goodness,

I have called jamestown to find out what was going on with my 20 year old unit and they were able to help me over the phone and had great customer service. i would call in and get some free tech help.

Thats a surprise i know whenever i had any kind of any issue i called the manufacturers and they gave me free tech help over the phone. have you tried contacting them yet?
