Nope... it was just a bug. Till now my controller works pretty good.

I suggest you to check your PS3 controller. I would be worried to have those problems you mention.

all you have to do is save than load the save data and you'll be somewear els

this kida happed to me but i fell through the flood of the city. it happend when i completed a mission than the mission log poped up and consumed sombody at the same time
