MAGNIFICENT weekend, Dublin was U2ville, loved every second of it, cried for most of them.....lol I agree with the last post but only to a point The Tree is a phenomenal album but so id Achtung Baby & Boy & War & etc etc etc go get em all lol xx

Great Stadium and all that but the Slane Castle version is better, as is the Zoo Tv performance. Mind you, it always sounds better when the sound engineers have touched it up for Dvd Release.

I saw the show at the Rose Bowl. Los Angeles is the most diverse ethnically, racially and religious place in the world. It was a great crowd. I have noticed Bono changes the lyrics to Streets in Ireland. I like the change. He didn't do it here but he did it at this show. BTW I have one parent and two grandparents born in British occupied Ireland(now the Republic). Brady..a Cavan name. OK Roscommon, Mayo, and Wicklow but those name never stuck.

Dublin is a place for an Irish concert but Slane Castle tends to have less internationals, sort of designating it for Irish only. Gives it a better atmosphere in my opinion. Very good location. Its near Cill Dara, Atha Cliath, Lu, Contae na hIarmhi, and people from Beal Feirste and Doire can come down too.

I was at the 24th in Croke Park, must say this and With or Without You I was dissapointed with, With Or Without You being my fav song of all time! Breathe, Get On Your Boots, Vertigo, Bad & Moment of Surrender stole that show! Unreal live...and this coming from someone who hatted Boots recorded, but live its unreal...
