@2jean2paul i know man i have the same problem on an hp mini 3something
it locked it self (C drive) and now its NTFS i can't open it can't take files from it nor can i add files but you can still use applications already installed. :(
bought a different hard drive and it works now but still have the orgininal 2.5 ide hard drive that is out of the computer and would like to unlock the hard drive to use in my ibm t20 laptop it will show up in my desktop but can not do anything else with it
my laptop i a gateway m405 and i locked the hard drive but forgot my password i can get the bios and system passwords fine but the hard drive password is not working and it says it locked so could you please help me with this

Try something called "USB show" I know it's for USB but it should work for a internal drive ok hope I helped
