You guys know that sonic boom is actually REALLY good? I upgraded my to second more advanced one, and 1 hit on any splicers and they just fly off. It's really good when theres like 4 splicers charging at you, you can just use sonic boom and most of them will die. And it's so cheap, 1 adam for the first sonic boom, 20 adam for the upgraded version.

Andrew Ryan tried making it a utopia by building a under-water city with special powers such as plasmids. Plasmids changed everything in Rapture. People had horrific side-effects and craved more Adom.
