When you speak in Spanish, darling, forget your English R and pronounce Spanish R coz,you confusing people who trying to learn ;)

A formula is Ir (to go) + a (to) + Infinitive (not conjugated verb). :-)

@SammyTheHedhehog No, this is the conjugation of 'Voy', which obviously means ''I go''. ''Vas'' is the 2nd person form of ''Voy''. So you would say ''Tu vas...'' ;p
