Freeing them will do nothing except get the freeing human in jail. It is legal to abuse and imprison elephants. Getting legislation to change is the only thing that will make a difference. I just dont understand how people treat elephants like they are worthless. They are one of the most sensitie ,emotional wonderful animals alive... Asking the UsDA to check out an act of cruelty... well, charges are rarely made against circuses. Small fines and an little else is the end result.

I disagree, I believe you can have fun with animals and still be nice to them. Most of those animals have fun being the big circus stars, try to go to the circus and enjoy the fun. All we can do is hope that the trainers are nice to the elephants, but you will never end the fun of animals tricks at the circus.
