Cicero's hat give you +35% Sneak. (You have to kill him).

The Jester's outfit give you +30% Sneak. (You don't have to kill Cicero).

So you should choose between a great partner or +5% sneak.

@FinalFayt1 no ciceros gear is better but not that much better, just an extra 5% sneak and 8% 1 handed damage i think.

@FinalFayt1 its not. The hat gives 35 sneak rather than 30, and I think the clothes give a further 5% on the jesters outfit too... For the sake of gavibg that annoying nonce following me around ill take the 5% increases any day.
