Wow! Mick Taylor ! He was great with the Stones and gave them a sweet new sound but this is HUGE! I love it, think Mick is reborn or something because I never heard this great voice and fantastic blues guitar playing.

I'm surprised at his vocals too, very good. Makes me wonder why someone didn't promote him as a singer/player when he was younger. Good range.

My guess is he kept working at it. Yeah I like his vocals. He seems to have done ok with everything. At least he did not share his predecessor's fate.
