john freida dosent work it makes your hair more dry if you keep using it beacuse it has sulfate and alcohol also a quick tip to keep shiny healthy beautiful hair use natural products, that DONT have sulfate and alcohol, cut down on heat styling, use a heat protectant, also deep condition your hair at least 3 times a week for servely dry hair. i hope dat works
@lluuvvuu I don't use it often sweetheart. Just every now and again, but I do like it a lot. I have switched over to mostly using dumb blonde smoothing stuff but that probably has sulfates too. I don't use any product a lot. I like natural better, even if my hair is poofy from being so thick. You can get a lot of natural tips for shiny hair on my site too and the additives to stay away from:o)
hey i was wording how u make a make up brush out of hair you said something about it in one of your videos but i cant find it any more so i was wording if u can make a new one thank you if u do
In order to make a new brush sweetie, I would have to cut my hair again:o) I wished I could remember which video it was too. Try the one for long layered cut for longer hair. In any event, if you cut a few inches of your hair and want to make your own brush, just gather the hair you cut and band it together. Trim off the ends to make them all even and voila! Hope this helps! XO Carolyn
Eating alot of fresh cuccumbers also helps to develop shiny hair and nails. Every week or so I do the apple cider vinegar rinse to remove any build up, it works wonders :) Thanks for these tips!
I'd never heard that about cucumber! Sorry I never got a message from youtube about your comment. Sorry it took so long to reply:o) I love cucumber and am glad to know it helps your hair! Thanks!
It is made by John Frieda but there are other brands too that I haven't tried. Glazes have been around for years and were only used in professional services. Now they are available for home use. Do the dry method though. The wet method is not as effective.
can u recommend any hair products for males not like for "teatments" but like u know ur just going out just like put it on and yor hair look "shiniesh" ?? ! thanx
I have a video about how to create shinier hair if you'll look thru them. Basic tips are to clarify your hair every so often and use gels. Clarify your hair using approx 1/4 C apple cider vinegar mixed with about 2 large cupfuls of plain water. Mix together and pour over your hair before you shampoo. This helps strip product build up off your hair or you can use tea tree or jojoba oil shampoos. Also a can of (any) beer as final rinse works great for shine! Beer is also a clarifier.
Glad you love it too! If you buy a darker color glaze though, be sure to use gloves when you apply it to your hair. It will stain your hands a bit if you don't. Alternate using a clear glaze with a color glaze for best results. (If you want to refresh your color) Results get better over time. The more you use it, the shinier your hair becomes. (and the better it lays down the cuticle, so the less frizzy your hair is!)
