  • @TRSjulie i tryed it and it works as long as u dry it before u wash it

  • Cool video dude, just wondering how this would go through the washing machine?

  • wait until you put in the washing machine

  • Hey bro your supposed to use Plastic paper that you can get from michaels. i make Marilyn monroe Stencils 3 layers. And the paint to use is more like acryliks, Montana black, or fabric spray.

  • thanks!

  • WHO cares if he messed up he is trying to help you

  • Damn what's up everyone's ass???? all the dude was trying to do was help others using his own way of making shirts, and in my opinion its a hell of a lot easier than the other stuff I've found in other places,so if you people have an issue with it then I suggest you quit criticizing his work and shut the hell up already.

  • ....that stencil was awful. you'd have done a better job drawing it on the shirt.

  • Nice tutorial :D i might do that... :)

  • spray paint is easier

  • @thelammantor Yeh and u can do it A lot faster :D

  • dont use cheap paint. you retard

  • An x-acto knive sharp? WHO KNEW

  • Pretty good advice.

  • If you would cover the whole thing with silk screen (made from for example pantyhose) you would have less troubles to paint the t shirt.

  • Can i wash it lol?

  • dose spary paint still work you showed what happened but was that just a mess up repley pelase

  • @orangemunki Spray paint works. But just dont spray too much or it will end up like what he has shown. But it will more or less wear off after a few wash in the washing machine.. Its better to use fabric paint thou.

  • How do you cure it? It will come off in the wash!

  • @kickiwi i have painted a few shirts and what i did was after the shirt is painted hang it up for 2 days then throw it in the washing mashine insideout and it should stay. i hope that helped

  • good video, thanks a lot! :]

  • Wowwww! Very detailed. I learned so much! Thankyou :D

  • im not using this for a shirt....im using this for tagging thanks bro

  • @ThatOrangeGuyJ found a lead here on YouTube to BulkShirtsWarehouse com and I can grab the white tees for under 2 bucks each, so i can finally afford to make a few mistakes.

  • you forgot to cure it haha...the paint is just gonna come off when you wash your shirts..

  • thank help alot

  • hahaha looked like this kid drew that shit on with a sharpie.

  • Instead of paper, will I use what kind of card?

  • i can so make fake brands with this haha

  • fail

  • Great video, helped alot, nice hair too lol

  • Great video, helped alot...nice hair too lol

  • You annoy me

  • it would be easier to use a sponge to dip in the paint... then dapping with that gives it a more even and fuller look as it doesnt matter if you dap over the edges of the cut out parts... just a little tip for ya :)

  • why dont you wear your own tshirt in the vid ;d

  • Well done. Was that MS Paint? Haven't touched that program since Windows 98..lol

  • @burleykr I always use MS Paint too.

  • @burleykr LOLOL

  • @burleykr I haven't used MS word since the day of typewriters.

  • Am I the only one that noticed the stencil is not landscape? Hypocrite.

  • @tjabercrombie no, open your eyes. the stencil he used was taped together. you can see the tape in between "broken bass" the bass and "productions"

@PTVofthefuture awesome video. you did a great job explaining everything.

  • @tjabercrombie lets beat him

  • how about I just print the picture and use an Iron

  • awesome i'm gonna try this with my name :)

  • This video didn't need to last 7 minutes. A 3 minute explination would have been just fine.

  • can i use a poster and put it on?

  • You got sexy hair xD

  • very cool video!

  • What a waste of fucking time.

  • awesome pretty cool im going to make one

  • awesome this can work

  • Will the latex paint wash away??

  • Complete crap! You need to look round google on how this is done properly and improve your technique.

  • Don't mind the stupid hater, they have nothing better to do.

thanks for making this video! I've been wanting to make my own shirt, now I can! Thanks

  • why cant u just draw?

  • Pretty cool!

  • are you pressing down firmly or lightly? Your blade will last longer if you don't add toooooo much pressure.

  • Hey if your doing a complex stencil, dont use cardstock, use some kind of thin plastic sheets... if you airbrush, the small connector peices will get soked and bent

  • this is crap

  • sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet

  • pc sucks

  • Meh. Cant i just iron pictures on?

  • @Jimpiedepimpie u can iron on pics with iron on transfer paper. google or youtube how to iron on pics on shirts :)

  • FGHJLMQVWXYZAAEIABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZAAE&1234567890($£(-.,!?)

  • I havent used spray paint on a shirt in a long time and I didnt use the paint he used. I beleive spray paint would work. I have heard of people using it before. I dont know if would hold up in the wash or dryer but u can always test it out. Spray paint will have a different look to it and will dry stiffer on the shirt, but shouldnt bleed if you apply a light coat (dont soak it). I use speedball screen printing ink on my shirts. I say try out the spray paint. I will probably look really cool

  • @chick165 thx

  • @GameMaster273093 No Prob. try and make a vid of how ur project turned out.

  • @chick165 it doesnt work good at all. i spraypainted a sweatshirt, and it made the inside of the shirt feel like sand paper and the design washed out. all that was left was a big green spot from paint.

  • @handsofslaughter thats a bummer. if u really want a good fabric inc try screen printing ink. one brand is speedball. u can paint it on with a brush or screen print it. iron it to set it or throw it in the dryer (once the paint is dry) and heat set it and that ink wont wash out. its professional grade ink. there are a lot of vids on DIY screen printing and stenciling with screen print ink. Sorry ur project didnt work.

  • will spray paint work

  • screen printing ink works a lot better and doesnt bleed at all, but does require a heat set like an iron or time in the dryer if u dont want to shell out the big bucks for professnional dryer. Nice tutorial. Way inexpensive way to make ur own shirts. I love it

  • @chick165 did you use spray paint or the paint he uses and if so is spray paint okay to use

  • So you cant use spray paint?

  • tnks men for herp

  • This is awesome very cool thanks for the video.

  • idk to make stencil shirts it's better to use acrylic paint and brush it into your stencil looks better than spray paint if your gonna hit up walls than spray away

  • very smart kid

  • and, how do you wash it lol ??

  • thank you so much sir because you teach from first to the end u so cool wiling to take your time thank you

  • dude perfection thank so much!!

  • thank you so much for yout help! really <:

  • its like.....watching paint dry lol

  • man .. ur soo good .. im speechless.. thxx dude.. im onna sub. ^.^

  • awesome

  • This was generally not a good video, you should've used a paint roller, and also should have done more of an original design, not in paint that way you could've shown how to make other fonts rather than Stencil STD into a stencil or how to make images into a stencil.

  • very helpful

  • cool vid

  • you are an asshole

  • ur kinda cute

  • i dont see how you got 569 thumbs up........

  • cool way to make a shirt like that but your design is bad do another

  • he changed his balls or something at 2:43

  • @kingex3 lol :D

  • Make your own stencil it gives you more freedom and its real DIY too

  • can i use a sword instead of a exacto knife?

  • looks shit!!!!!!

  • Duh.. real original.. dont watch this cuz you already know how...he failed to mention the most important things also.. use glitter and dont ever wash

  • hmmm I might try this

  • this is cool =) ty

  • omg thank you so much for making this video. you explaned each step very clearly and it was very helpful :D i've seen other videos on stenciling tee shirts but you have explaned each step more clearly then any one else! thnx!

  • Isnt is just easier to use a roller? Thats what i use for patches and it works like a charm

  • I'm glad to see kids with downsyndrome can be creative...

  • @mickeysnakeboy1960 your a twat

  • @mickeysnakeboy1960 be nice to him its not ALL his fault

  • ...

ok i thought the tutorial was very good and the presentation was excellent

    good job

  • dude you get an 'A' for making a video, but you get an 'F' on the design.... sorry man...

  • Awesome thx! Im gunna make a T-shirt about my Clan :D

  • spray paint fades in the wash but is rather quick to get the job done

also, going freehand can be a bit fun, just don't use sharpies.

  • With x-acto knifes emos can now have exact and precise slits across their arms... no more bad looking scribles now you can slit your hand like a professional.

  • @tomek123kotek way too funny!!!

  • holy shit 197,887 viewer hahahahah for

  • i accidentally stabbed myself in the leg with one of them knives -.- i still have the cut :/

  • lol he said jerk that way

  • Hey thanks for the video :) you can use nail varnish either.
