Are the other two exercises harder and more insane? Do they work different muscle groups? Whats the difference with the Deluxe Package Extra DVDs?

@skywoozie what are you trying to download.? if yur trying to get the torrent, you needa get uttorent 1st then u can open the insanity torrent to start downloading. if your trying to save the workouts, and diet plan just click save and it should be in yur downloads..

I'm downloading the file now and man it takes a long time becuz my internet is slow. It would take 1 day and 11 Hrs to download this thing but hey you could pause and start it at anytime. All the PDF's works so yay, I can't wait to work out with Insanity! Lifting weights doesn't really help me at all. I've been lifting them for 2 months with 2-20lb dumbbells and barely any biceps coming up. Hopefully I can a lot of muscle and especially endurance from Insanity. =)
