But I loved our version much better because mainly, they had more emotion and when they said "DAMNIT" they put alot of emotion by doing something angrily. like Ethel tore up a picture and vi pushed over a chair.
They're great as individual singers, but the harmonies sound awful. It's not that their voices are bad, but they do absolutely nothing to complement each other. Their voices sound terrible together.
both good voices, but they're not the best together. and i was a little confused by the costumes, namely Ethel; den't even start me on the blocking. and i felt nothing listening to this song, no emotion, no frustration. i played ethel in our school's production, and i just felt it a lot more than i'm seeing in any of the videos on this website. not enitirely your fault, though.
