its ai is very good compared to arma2

@1392778 haha, I'm chinese and i enjoy this game. The only thing i'm against is american racists or arrogant fools. Hmm... very realistic but quite repetitive. The story's great, but the possibility for a loss of demand of chinese-made goods and a russia-american alliance is next to impossible. Not to mention, the Russians could strike back on their own.

that game could be good but it aint. the phraphics are awesome, weapon animations great, some physics cool. but....shit campaign, some operation tactics missing, u dont get the feeling of a real simulation...u even cant do logical trnsports via helos...theres a huge rolefield but not even one plane? obviously a way too pre-released game. CM has been under huge pressure coz they needed to much time for this game. i think it would have been more using just one more year of production.

No offence, but it's just a game... it's fiction not fact. This is the only game I've seen set in the modern age where the PLA come into things.

People like to play a game where two major superpowers go head-to-head, and Russia is getting old.

Ah, there's the problem. They wanted to show people how the Marines work in the battlefield, not the PLA.

And there are many other things that they would have to do, which would take up too much time.

Also, seeing as the US basically kick the Chinese's ass in this game... the PLA campaign would suck, unless it was set in America where China steam-roll in and make the country into a war-zone.

That would be a fun game. Although I'm sure developers would have to make it so the US wins...

In the game Battlefield 2: Modern Combat, it has a unique storyline as you can choose who wins. That would be cool if that was the case in this game but oh well.

thats what i though, but each mission takes at least an hour and if you want a challange play expert. No checkpoints, no hud, no assistance, one shot from the enemy kills you meaning you have to start all the way from the beginning.
