Have you noticed in Oliver Owns Up Oliver has a different whistle, and in season 4, Gordon has Duck's whistle, James and Edward have different toned whistles, and Percy sometimes has Toby's whistle.

Duke wont come out because he hasnt been in the series sceens season 4the last time the releced a Talking Action Engine was back in 2002 plus they would do others aside from Neville. Rheneas, Sir Handel, Peter Sam, Duncan, and Buster were never confirmed. Youll need some proof. If you got this stuff from Wikepidia then you've been tricked
