The NES version had the 2nd stage in this video as the 3rd, and the 3rd stage as the second. But the arcade version had a 4th stage as well. I only remember this because I remember reading IGN's review of the virtual console version where the reviewer was nerd raging and going nuts over the NES game download not having the arcade game's 4th stage added to it. Haha.

@Daralantan Yes the pie factory. There were ports that included it on some home computers. It's supposed to be level two. It consists of a mix between normal and conveyor platforms with pies.
