You know, you're right. I'm excited for this game and all, but the only reason there's going to be a Super Mario Galaxy 2 when there was never a SMS2 or SM642 is because they went too far. Mario's in outer space, and there's nothing to do next. I have no idea how the Mario series will continue after this. I guess the rest of the series will just take place in space and each game will be called "Super Mario Galaxy #"
