It's really simple!!!
You click the yellow button that says upload in the right hand corner,then you click "browse" and choose a file you wan't to upload then click open,once you selected the file you wan't to upload click the "upload" button wait a few minutes,then when it says it's complete then below it says setting or something like that,once you go to there put in a title,description,tags and click save settings.
