yes believe me i know that, but it is statistically proven that most accidents happen due to uneccessary speeds. people need to slow down and be more cautious. on black ice if you slow down, you can still temain on the road. you cannot act like the roads are safe, just cause there is no snow on them. i have gone into the ditch before with no snow on the roads. so please slow down and use common sense!
