fermented on wild yeasts;
no rape pummeling;
low levels of sulfites (or none at all).
Get away from these dangerous chemicals on your food or in your drink!!!
Agreed, Its a shame there are not more organic crops here in the U.S.A, whoever decided that spraying food with poison was a good idea was not very bright in my books.
Man, they sure must not be worried about drift over there in Switzerland....you'd be shut down with drift like that here in America. Wonder what type of nozzles he was using...

True same here in Australia , we now have lots of organic crops VS gm crops too.
to bad if your kids are playing in the yard at the time !!!!
