My computer was built from the ground up in December 2008 with a less-than $1000 budget and it has better stats.

2x 2gb RAM @ 600 mhz

512 mb MSI RX2600 pro @ 601 mhz

2.8 GHz (per core) AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+

All fans are stock (just one for the processor, one for the power supply, and one for the graphics card) and I get 26 C idle, 52 C load today (I actually need to clean the air intake but I still get those temps
