Compiz Fusion is way better than this.

the cool thing about enlightenment though, is that it is doing it using 2d rendering... a.k.a., you don't need a bad ass video card...

keep in mind those graphical glitches could be a result of the Screen capture program, and NOT E17.
my take on e17 is it's guys who like fluxbox or the like, but want something fancier. compiz is something completely different: 3d eyecandy.
