@shizzuzzino89 If you're not speedrunning the game, when you first pass under him, if you do the slow walk while passing under him then exiting to the right, he will remain turned to the left when re-entering this screen from the right, leaving you plenty of time to draw your sword.

How do you switch sides with opponents? That's a nice trick to avoid losing time to fight

@brujahelder it's easy enough as long as you both have your swords drawn. if your opponent tries to hit you just block them and carry on trying to get as close as you can until you eventually swap sides.

I didn't see the 'fat' guard (blue robes white turban) in your video – he was hard to kill – did you by-pass him too?

I found that the easiest way to kill the 'fat' guard and Jaffar was to sheath my sword and then rapidly draw it again and stab – they never managed to block it!

Few things I remember about this game:

Firstly that thing where I had to constantly guess the letter from the manuel after level 1, I actually started writing down what the answer was or was not after I made every guess. I'm pretty sure by the end I had actually written most of the manuel out.

Secondly I remember the first time I got to level 3 I screamed when the skeleton came to life and i switched off my PC (I was like 5 years old).

Also you can skip level 1 by baiting the bad guy forward.

Passing guards without killing them works less than half the time for me and some guards are much harder to pass. dude how much did you practice?
