The tea Party people were first Libertarians and Ron Paul conservatives, then the GOP jumped on the band wagon to control their opostion and pervet the movement, and rest of the republican sheep followed.

oh I know, I was at the first one on Feb 27th here in Houston with Ron Paul before the tax day protest caught on, it was about the Fed and not just the spending. but the media has now turned the word tea parties/tea baggers into nut bag conservative republicans and rightfully so after the dumb shit they pulled last Thursday trying to fight the healthcare bill. and the Glenn Beck 9/12 thing makes me just as sick.
