First write C: or D: or where ever your GTA is.

Than you press RETURN (ENTER)

And then you type: cd "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas" (or wherever is GTA)

There u go. Than u write saat_sfx -e blablabblablabla.....

To those that aren't experienced with the command screen, a windows 7 PC often uses Program Files (x86) for games, so change Program Files to Program FIles (x86) if it gives the error that the directory doesn't exist.

Video says there should be a "temp" folder in C,if you dont have then goto c\windows\temp.just do all work of video on this Temp folder

::the video have some command promt work in which it will give path of temp folder as C:\Temp but if you dont have temp folder in C

then you will have to give its path as C:\WINDOWS\Temp\.just a difference of "windows".type the rest in cmd prmt as in video. enjoy
