It's a titanium screw/pin they put in on special knee pucks. Mine are just solid plastic and don't spark...but ones that are "sparkers" cost more and are not allowed on the track since they could ignite a fuel leak. Google em...I am sure you'll find them out there. Ones I saw had a happy face and then eyes were the titanium in the pucks which crated the spark effect. :)
