"Reduce the likelihood of a rear end accident from 60 to 90 percent"??? Do they mean from 90 to 60 percent? I think these opening remarks need editing! But I am sure the true reduction in likelihood of accidents mean it must be a good idea and should be permitted in all countries traffic regulations.
@renegadebiker24 Depending on the color, the brightness, the flash intensity, etc. of such a product its legality might be questionable in certain regions. Not to mention that an item like this is still a personal preference, not everyone may want something like this on their bike., etc.
A great device, indeed. And not wishing to be critical, it would be nicer if Mad Mike toned it down a bit. His exuberance is too much, and he keeps interrupting Richard with his overpowering antics. Enthusiasm is good but his is overboard.
it looks you need a carer on the bike to mount it i don't telly like the idea of cutting wires and makeing home made conections witch might short in the rain and just piss you off when your bike brakes down crussing with the pack
That's why those who have no skills with the art of soldering & shrink tubing, harness protection, should not attempt any wiring options that are used out in the elements.
Those who choose to do otherwise pay the ultimate price of disaster.
Just look how they do a simple trailer light mod.
This class of idiots always end up w/junk that never works.
This is very interesting I would install this if I had a bike. Anyting to avoid a rear end collision, as a car driver it will give me the additional reaction time needed to slow down.
Our host was rear ended on his BMW prior to discovering StrobeWise. I have almost been rear ended several times while riding. There is a much higher level of security that one feels by having a device like this installed.

I am curious why is this system not standard on all motorcycles that are sold from a dealer?

Well well, I was going to patent that but didnt because the UK cops are against strobes on motorcycles, never mind

If I had those glasses I could see a collision from a mile away

The same can be done with G-sensor applied to the Whelen RSA03ZCR Series 3 LED high output heads. I use them.
The flash strobe effect should be even more aggressive to warn tail gators, as shown in this clip.
The Whelen can strobe to any effect chosen.
With more than one LED head, sync wire can perform even more dramatic strobe warning.
We need every bit of defense from women texting who have struck down & killed many riders just this year alone who were standing still at stop light.
Cheers
