PART 3: .. this monster. The text is what he is thinking while going through the tunnel. (ITS A TIME TUNNEL!!!) He then realises Axes don't work (kinda like the ring in lord of the rings.... silly dwarf) so he BURNS THE ROPE OF TIME! thus severing the chandelier of time (device for time travel) and telaports the beast to a limbo in time. That's why there is no body left.

as for the golden 4th rule (right click in game to find), anyone know why he's immortal? fairys don't have that power.

PART 2: .. grinning for some reason right? MADNESS! he also was a time traveler, gone crazy and then he went to the end of time and saw how it all ends. Gone crazy with the truth laughing hysterically, he travels to a time of rope-burning fun. Now this guy, our hero, discovers that his presence causes a disturbance in the slip-stream of time it's self, so he equips himself with a bag of un-ending axes which he aquired from the fairy of Garnithar.... (fairies are real... BELIEVE!) to battle ..

PART 1:OMG so i've paced together the back-story. see the tenth brick on the right when u jump down? it's all brick-ish right? so obviously they are in a castle and the chandelier suggests that the owner is rich cus its all like jewel-ish.. and we know the time period since the place is illuminated by tourches and possibly candles in the chandelier. His hat is like a bowler which means he isn't from around the time of rope-hung chandeliers. TIME TRAVEL! and the Grinning Colossus. He has to be..

Perhaps you should try playing it. There's one (very important) thing in particular this trailer doesn't show and it may very well answer your question. Games like this you have to take with an open mind and a sense of humor. Then you'll see why we all love this game. There's not much excuse not to play it, it's free, a simple flash game (no install required), and takes about 2 minutes.

you will never beat the last boss unless you level up you axe all the way, then you can set it on fire and throe it at the rope. you cant jump to the rope... THROUGH YOUR LVL 10 FIRE AXE

This game might be TOO hard. It took me ages to figure out that you're supposed to go down the hallway at the beginning. I kept trying to climb back up the shaft. Hint: you CAN'T climb up that way - it's too high.
