@FrescoPolo Google search. I believe I searched for an "alien landscape". These kinds of images are not at all hard to find after some minimal effort. I felt this one in particular matched the mood of the music.

OOO, I got chills, no pun intended :-P This completely fits a frozen, isolated place, it's crazy. I love the things the melody did later in the song :-D And incorporating other Metroid themes? Genius. Well done :-D

When I hear this theme, I most likely visualize Samus exploring a series of (ancient) ruins within a hot (possibly volcanic) desert area, possibly with dark clouds of volcanic ash blocking out much (but not all) of the sunlight.

@Zeldamaster93 Thanks, dude. A new Metroid game is always welcome in my library. Doing a soundtrack for it would be tons of fun, but I'm quite sure Nintendo has access to more skillful composers than me, but then again who knows what may happen? :)

Damn, man. Wow. I don't know if anyone has ever said this but Nintendo should contact you and get you to do the soundtrack for the, hopefully, upcoming Metroid game for the 3DS. That would be SUCH a good game; I'd play it even if the game play sucked, just to hear your music, though how they could screw Metroid up is beyond me. lol :D

i can see this in a game after fusion or something where Samus finds a sort of large planet graveyard containing pieces of planets that have been destroyed, like zebes, SR388, Phaaze, etc. & she's walking through the remains of Brinstar.

& the graveyard is being overlooked by an old Chozo or Luminoth or something that brought the pieces together to try & get her to face all her memories or something so that she can get her old body/suit/powers back & gain control of all Metroids so she (cont.)

Amazing as always. I love the blend and it sounds less like the combination of two songs at different pitch and speeds and more like an awesome remix, though that's not to say your other song combination aren't awesome either :)

After Samus Aran encounters the Space Pirate Leader Ridley once again, she follows him back to the Planet Zebes. Since the explosion of Tourian, the surface of the planet , Brinstar, has become a burren wasteland with almost no life to be seen. As Samus makes her way through a series of tunnels, she discovers a brand new area that has florished into an underground jungle with lushious plants and some new creatures with strange abilities that could help her advance on her mission. 10/10 remix
