You can also complete objective 4 by going to the cockpit immediately after the cutscene and quickly shooting the two would-be executioners. When the plane starts to go down, the pilots will immediately stabilize the plane, completing the objective for you.

In the previous level, Air Base, enter Air Force One through the underground hangar. There's a huge laser grid down there, and a switch on the wall that controls it. Destroy the controls, and that will disrupt the grid. Follow the disruptions to the ladder.

Also, to get to the hangar, after you subvert the security system, head straight, kill the four NSA Bodyguards at the end of the hall, and continue forward to the lift that's around the corner to the left. There is an NSA agent next to the door.
