Thanks for sharing this project. I am throwing a Frida Kahlo theme birthday party for my daughter's 6th birthday in June. I wanted to have the papel picado banners hanging all over my house but had no idea how to make them. Your tutorial made it a breeze!! I love how they are turning out and am so pleased to be able to have them up for the Frida party!!
