@Onlyonewish123 Most formal military schools consist of classroom and outdoor practical exercise drills. Many of these training environments are in hot climates. Dyhdration, heat cramps, and heat stroke are huge concerns because they push it to their limits often. You have to hydrate everyday and throughout the day in order to prevent future heat injury/illness. I've been in the hospital once because of it.
