I love the irony here for Elton. He's promoting diet "coke" when he was mostly like high off of it. I know that was bad but I just found it funny.

This originally aired during Super Bowl XXVI (1990), and I still think it's one of the best and certainly one of the cutest commercials ever. Sir Elton banging away on an old upright piano, and Paula...a great dancer and recording artist, going full blast on the piano keys! Paula looks so cute in her variety of "Zootsuits", and her energy she brings to the floor blows me away...AND THAT HAIR!!!

This is probably the coolest commercial ever made! I would ABSOLUTLY LOVE to see this on TV these days. It would really capture people's attention. There aren't too many good commericals anymore either. A petition should be started to bring this back! I mean, how cool would it be to dance on a piano!

@Saulaxxlover4lyfe I agree!! great music, great choreography, and always thought Paula was cute. Smartly dressed, she shows how a woman can sexy without being trashy.........AND THAT HAIR!!! It's like a Lion's Mane! I love it!!

trudat! all the girls now are dressing soo sluty and trashy w/big ass breasts and fat ass sticking out. it's not just them tho fans love it to but not me. i prefer someone like paula who never needed flashiness to be sexy. she was a phenomenal dancer.

I so remember this advert. Elton and Paula sing this song so well. I hope they bring this ad back on TV because I love it so much. Both Paula and Elton have nice singing voices. I hope they bring out an album together so they can have this song on it. Plus or the other diet coke adverts they did but not together though they only did one diet coke advert together didn;t they?. I hope Paula does a come back with a new album and a come back together. I love Paula and Elton forever and I always will

Elton John is a musical genius, but he is one huge media whore and let's face it, he is selling himself for cheap in this commercial! Paula Abdul...FUCKING PAULA ABDUL!?!? way to align yourself with lasting talent there Elton...since this is early 90's I'm willing to bet he took the "coke" in diet coke to mean "cocain." Honest mistake?

OMG I loved this commercial and it actually got me and my 6th grade friends drinking diet coke cause we loved Paula Abdul. I think I still have this commercial on one of my MANY VHS tapes in storage.LOL
