I like 'Opa Opa' by Despina Vandit, the Bass Bumpers remixed it very well (this was one of my favorite dance acts back in 1992-93).
I'll give you another one good example: 'Get Nasty' (Icebreak Mix) by Chris Montana. He sampled the Despina Vandit track, which itself sampled The Goodmen.
