Just checked the BMI for the thin guy and at 6'3, 175, that gives a BMI of 21 which is a healthy weight. This really shows how cruel the BMI is to get in the healthy weight range. I think i would need to become anorexic to fit in the normal weight range, it seems to be really tough and is not a good calculator of wellness and health. I think waist circumferance of hip to waist ratio is better.

@scottbarclay6 Scott, you know, I totallly estimated that guy's height and weight.  he may have weighed less; the phtographer got all of our stat's, but ther wer four of us at that shoot, so I mayhave mixed some of them up.... My advice: Just train for the look you like in the mirror, and don't worry about what the scale says.

@atlmuscleman Thanks for your comment, you are absolutely correct. I think the whole medical world is obsessed about numbers and figures rather than taking into lifestyle factors such as exercise/ diet. I also think % body fat would be better as well especially for bodybuilders. You look fantastic and I wish there were more men like you in this world. Strength/ resistance training is definitely underestimated for its worth in being healthy.
