Great review polym. Your sensitivities should dramatically reduce over a period of 1-2 weeks 5 days on 2 days off. Sounds like they already are. And yes even though the stimulation reduces the thermogenic effect remains. Ephedrine is an amazing product for body fat reduction, clinically tested, predictable, and yes safe with lots of studies to back it up. If only it weren't used as the main ingredient for a variety of street drugs it would be legal still in the US. In Canada there are no issues
I thought I'd give my experience of using Eph + Caffeine for fat loss. I'm sensitive to stimulants (gives me anxiety), so started on 1/4 of a pill (5mg)+ no caffeine. Approx 15-30 mins after ingestion I feel a headrush that calms down after 30 mins. I have tapered up my dose over 2 weeks so I'm currently on 20mg + 200mg caffeine. Resting HR before taking eph is just over 60bpm (so yes, I'm quite fit). HR increases by about 12-20 bpm, though I've seen it go upto nearly 100 during the headrush.
@p0lym0rph3 This typically lasts only a few minutes and is likely psychological (due to my dislike of stimulants). Tolerance to the stimulant effects of eph develop quickly, but the thermogenic qualities remain. Also, I have a lot more energy, improved mood(!) and my bf has gone down 1-2% in a fortnight, so I can vouch for it's fat burning effectiveness. I also sleep like a baby lately. I highly recommend it. I can obtain it (kind of) legally as I live in the UK.
No I prefer using just ephedrine on its own for writing, focus, general work etc. I would experiment using caffeine as well but I prefer an espresso vs the 200 mg caff pill. No need for aspirin at all. Try 2 tabs max 3 ephedrine at 8 mg each.
Do you need to do the ECA stack in order to feel the "work horse" effects? I just ordered a bottle of Ephedrine HCL in the hopes that it would help me with my engineering course load.
@tiatdivad It's pretty insane how productive it makes you. When I am using the stack I am a work animal. No matter what I am doing it feels as though I go twice as fast, be it writing, typing, physical work etc. Jst be aware your accuracy may or may not do so great. LOL. It's a very interesting feeling, everything just starts moving fast and your body seems to be able to keep up with everything. Now remember not long term regular everyday use. Ciao, Steve
Hey Steve great video on ephedrine. And I completely agree with you about how ephedrine is more a media scare tactic than an actual threat. I am doing a masters in biochemistry and i think it is very important for people to know the difference between what the new says a study is showing and the actually experimental results that a study produces. For the majority of the world without a biochem degree face value reports from the news is considered the truth. The news lacks real objectivity.
@Thequon Thanks for the kind words. We're on the same page 100%. I posted a video titled ephedrine scare response. just type that in and it should pull up. Have a great day.
Great point on long term BP. One then has to ask if having a minutely elevated BP for 4-8 weeks is more trouble than having excess body fat. The choice can easily be argued both ways. I believe 100% in the short term use of EPH for body fat reduction. The risk of just about every disease goes down along with weight or body fat. The Mayo clinic has shown caffeine or coffee to dramatically raise BP. Again its a personal choice. All good points worth considering. Thanks for the comment. Steve
the video makes a mistake saying that lifting a jug of what is the same as taking Ephedrine, Blood Pressure wise. there is a difference between ur body going through a prolonged state of high Blood Pressure(Ephedrine) and a short state of high blood pressure(lifting a jug). prolonged states of high blood pressure WILL cause heart problems.
I agree with you. I think it is interesting that herbal supplements that really work is squashed under the name of it is to dangerous and drug companies, plastic surgeons, and other diet pill companies make so much money. I think weightloss is a billion dollar industry and there are big businesses who do not want herbal supplements to stop them from exploiting people. If ephedra was still around there would not be as much a need for pharemecuticals and plastic surgeons

@p0lym0rph3 I really feel for you guys in the US. I hope the FDA relax things for those of you who want to use it responsibly.
