i'm having a lot of hiss with my echo baby as well -- especially into overdriven or distorted channels on my amp. i was told it is an impedance problem and to move it in my chain. i can't seem to find a spot where the hiss goes away, though.

Do you get any background noise/hiss with your Echo Baby? I had a problem with mine and ultimately sold it because of that despite really liking the delay tone.
