  • I dont remember this at all

  • i think these clouds were the same ones i taped on camera in 2010

  • AHHHH I live in Sterling Heights and was over by lakeside mall when the tornado hit.. I have a video of it posted on my account as well. Scariest moment of my life, I ran through hail and debris just to get back inside the mall!

  • @xGigixbeanx Oh wow, i'm glad you were fine. The sky went green and could definitely tell a rain wrapped tornado was inside that structure. I will have to check your vid for sure. :)

  • I live at 22mile and Hayes and it was terrible

  • hey did you here about the tornado in carleton that was right by me and i live ina trailer that sux wen u get caught in a tornado in a trailer ha good footage tho

  • @minibikedod Thanks man for the compliments. :) Never been in a trailer during one, but have had friends who lived in one and i was visiting and because of severe weather, we had to drive off in our cars to a safer location.

  • dude my house got destroyed by the tornado that was forming here

  • @bigal523499 omg i'm sorry to hear that. :( I hope you're ok and didn't get hurt. Were u in the basement when this occured?

  • @MichiganWeather We got hit pretty good. It's not to bad here on the east side, but keep in mind you border Livingston county , Genessee, Wastenaw and Lapeer counties. All known because of being rural areas, have more tornado warnings then Macomb does. Wayne county is the exception though. Not much happens directly in Detroit.

  • @Thunderbolt1000T Good question. I do alot of film editing for my ghost investigations and other filmworks. I use a censor .wav and use a program to overlap my audio in the track. I use Vegas Studio 9.0 Platinum for the editing. I use other programs to finalize and master. Thank you for the compliment and sorry for the delayed response. Been very busy with Filming Paranormal Investigations across Michigan.

  • I've got some still pics from Adams and Hamlin, and Auburn and Rochester roads. It was intense. I was following it from the west. I didn't see any detectable ground contact until I approached 16 mile on Van Dyke.

  • @danlc95 Thats awesome! You should post them on your page, i'd like to see em.

  • @danlc95 yeah over at 16 1/2 and Groesbeck which is roughly 3.5 miles from where you were, is where the tornado touched down. The other was further SE and both as you know were right in the path of residentials and office buildings. Could've have been VERY bad with fatalities etc.. Glad no one serious was hurt.

  • i saw rotation near my house

  • @mysterio5670 I did too. But i'm glad everyone is safe and no MAJOR injuries were reported,

  • @mysterio5670 Scary to see isn't it? But also, simply amazing. I was like a deer in headlights really, was awed by the intense line and yet scared.

  • you should check out my video.. im right next to lakeside mall.. and we got hit bad.... the hail and wind was nuts!! someone was pissed up upstairs..

  • @RedWingsFan2010 Ok I will check it out for sure RedwingsFan. Thanks for the heads up. I hope you and your family was ok from it all.

  • That was looking towards 15 mile and Utica right?

  • @BladeOverBullet Correct. I was shopping at that location, and saw the radar via my phone and ran to my car to grab my camera equipment to film this.

  • yea, im not a fan of driving in the snow. especially when i have to visit a girl, they manage to always move far out to the point i have distance to travel in it.lol next girl i get with i'ma just have to break up with one she moves.lol

  • @Gum2Gum lol Yeah I hear ya man. Snow and black ice is not at all fun, and can damper your travel experiences for a nights pleasure. :P

  • well with the way things are going winter might have one day unnaturally cold and the next day 110 degrees.lol

  • @Gum2Gum haha ya never know. Although a nice cool winter would be better then a long and drone out cold snowy winter.. Blah I hate driving in those kind of days.

  • I was at the papa johns on gerfield when this hit my coworkers and I hid in the walkin. The store was totally dammaged the roof was torn off as well as other things.

  • @roxychic0124 Oh wow so you were right there 1st hand experiencing it. I'm glad you're safe though. Good choice in pizza too..lol :P

  • I'm in waterford mi and surprisingly it didn't come our way, it was in sterling hieghts tho. :)

  • @Gum2Gum Yep it just skirted sterling heights, and went near me. If i was 3.5 miles more NE, the tornado that touched down off groesbeck, would've been a direct hit on me. but in the video, u can hear the roar in the distance.

  • @booimscared i have a feeling that wont be the last one though, i hope there is'nt but i think one more might come up because of the way the weather been and all.

  • @Gum2Gum yeah it has been odd the weather pattern. Strong jetstream aloft has certainly given us and well parts of the world unseasonably warm and intense storms. I just hope winter isn't bad this year. But I don't even want to think about winter lol

  • Keep these coming :-)

I'm over in Livingston county and all the tornadoes this summer have passed south or north of us... I'm dying to get something on camera but this summer hasn't been so good for it here!

  • @Airkitten2001 You guys get some good storms out that way. It is rare for a tornado let alone 2 tornadoes to strike this far east in metro detroit. although their has been past tornadoes in the 1970's and early 40's not far from my location. Thanks for the inspiration, i'll keep making em as they happen lol

  • @booimscared Yep, it was one of the things I was told when I moved here from out west. I'm used to earthquakes, but the tornado sirens drive me insane and we haven't had any this summer yet. It's been very unusual! I videoed one of the more severe storms we had a few months ago, but it was mostly just a lot of noise and lightning *lol*. I'm a weather geek- so living out here is a totally fun experience.

  • @Airkitten2001 well welcome to Michigan. Wait til the winter haha. ahem...... but yeah here we can get some rough storms, but usually never tornadic. Severe storms are quite common, and as you see, we get very muggy moist gulf air this far north. You probably had dry air where u r from, which I envy for those who do. lol. :P

  • where was this? what city?

  • @NJonasGirly this is in Macomb County Michigan USA NJonas. The tri county area of Detroit. I filmed near fraser, Michigan.

  • Nice. I live in the Macomb area and we got hit pretty hard. Lost power for about 21 hours.

  • @JayColto Thanks Jay. I live here in macomb county too. We had lost power 5x's but it came on each time within a min or two.

  • And this didn't develop into a tornado ? Or did I read wrong.....?

  • @AnalogX1 I'm not sure Analog. I was on the SW tip of the storm cell. As I face north, you can see the majority of it passed me just by a mile or 2. This storm prompted tornado warnings 4x's in Macomb County.

  • @AnalogX1 yes we had 2 confirmed tornadoes from this storm Analog. I just read that this cell i recorded was the one that produced it. Amazing. I think the 1st video has the left over clouds from the tornado which makes sense because it was just 3.5 miles away and u can hear the roar as well.
