The main joke in addition to the exhaustive list was actually that Hitler mocked Roosevelt for (allegedly, I don't know if any of this is true) insisting that Germany should not attack the "independent" countries of Syria, Palestine and other territories which were militarily occupied by France or Britain at this point. The main joke in addition to the exhaustive list was actually that Hitler mocked Roosevelt for (allegedly, I don't know if any of this is true) insisting that Germany should not attack the "independent" countries of Syria, Palestine and other territories which were militarily occupied by France or Britain at this point.
