I hope Wally gets it that its rarely the fault of the staff but the corporations that NEVER employ enough staff to meet demand(try buy a pair of shoes in MyerGrace bros)I work in a small business who don't get any government help to compete and the ONLY time we ever keep anyone waiting is cause we cant afford to employ more staff unlike the gigantors who make gazillion dollar profits and give it to the one percent at the top, and not to employing staff or paying the people who do the ACTUAL work

You're absolutely right - sorry bout the uncalled for rant...personally I love the guy and have started collecting his stuff, and I vow to never again make unsolicited criticisms on youtube, especially regarding the good guys of the world.
